SCCPTA has been working on a NEW County-wide event for our local PTAs/PTSAs. Mascot Games is a fun, family event where we can build Unity in our PTA Community and SCCPTA does ALL the work including:
This is a free event open to the public and will be advertised to the entire Seminole County community. Local PTA/PTSAs will recieve promotional materials for use with your school community.
What we need from PTA/PTSAs: Consider Registering
Who:
2 - 5 your PTA/PTSA team members will participate in several events such as volleyball, track, bowling, lacrosse, soccer, golf, football, baseball, basketball and more!
As your team advances through the games you will get closer to our grand prize of a catered sweet treat for your school staff just in time for teacher appreciation week!
Sign up your PTA team to compete in this fun and friendly competition to win the following prizes while school and community mascots cheer your PTA on:
Your mascot's job will be to cheer you on from the sidelines, hyping up the crowd during your event along with the Lake Mary High School Marching Band and Marionettes.
Don’t have a mascot?
No problem! Invite your school to cheer you on from the stands!
All Seminole County PTAs and PTSAs are eligible to participate in the 2025 SCCPTA Mascot Games.
- Hosting a large, community event that you can bring your family, PTA family, school community, neighbors and friends from around Seminole County
- Inviting vendors who are eager to partner with your PTA/PTSA on fundraising
- Inviting the local media so your PTAs can experience and get contacts with local media (TV, Print)
- Operating an online auction that your PTA can observe to learn best practices (and you can bid on great items!).
- Offering free giveaways for all attendees
- Awarding prizes to winning Mascot Games teams to bring back to your PTA/PTSA
- Providing a meet & greet area with other PTA board members to have fun, share and gain new ideas, and build your PTA community!

For the Students
Encourage your students to participate in our EGG-citing egg drop engineering challenge to win fun prizes!Students will learn about energy, motion and design while having fun watching eggs survive or splatter!
THE CHALLENGE:
The goal is for students to design some kind of protective container/lander that can hold a raw chicken egg and help it survive an EGGSTREME drop off from the top of the Seminole County Fire ladder truck! The egg protective container/landers from each grade-level that survives the drop wins fun prizes donated from our community.

Auction bidding closes: Saturday, February 8 at 2:30 PM
You can participate online even if you can’t attend the Mascot Games.
Local Seminole County pick up for auction winners.
- Amazing items have been donated by local and national businesses—be sure to check back frequently as new items are added!
- Auction items are showcased online and displayed in person at Mascot Games.
- The highest bidders win their items!
