Digital Uploads by Local Unit to Submit County Winners

Student Winner Portal Instructions for Digital ONLY Entries:

*you must be logged into the reflections account email that is associated with your unit
Student Winner Portal Instructions for Paper Entries:
  1. Local Unit Officers or Reflections Committee members should complete Google Forms for each of the top three winners in each category (one form for each winner for each category)
    1. ​Note the form will not work if there is not an Artist Title 
    2. Artist Statement must be minimum 10 words maximum 100 words
  2. Upload the Reflections Form AND Artwork attachments using the Correct Filename Convention (or file code)
    1. ​Category (D, F, L, M, P, VA)-
    2. Grade Division (PRI, INT, MS, HS, SA)-
    3. Student's FirstName [space] LastName-
    4. Entry Artwork Title(add sequence number if multiple files)-
    5. PTA/PTSA-
    6. FORM (for entry form only)
