Artwork Submission Portal for SCCPTA Local Unit Winners

​Complete one Google Form Entry for the top three winners for each category and division:
  1. Local Unit Officers or Reflections Committee members should complete Google Forms for each of the top three winners in each category (one form for each winner for each category)
    1. ​Note the form will not work if there is not an Artist Title 
    2. Artist Statement must be minimum 10 words maximum 100 words
  2. Upload the Reflections Form AND Artwork attachments using the Correct Filename Convention (or file code)
    1. ​Category (D, F, L, M, P, VA)-
    2. Grade Division (PRI, INT, MS, HS, SA)-
    3. Student's FirstName [space] LastName-
    4. Entry Artwork Title(add sequence number if multiple files)-
    5. PTA/PTSA-
    6. FORM (for entry form only) or NOTATION (music notation files only)
    7. Example Artist: Samantha Anderson from Keeth Elementary with her work Voice on Water in Photography Primary

The Local Unit Student Winner Submission Portal for SCCPTA will be open October 15th with all entries due by November 28th
